Orders received by 2 PM EST will be shipped the same business day. Orders received after 2 PM EST will ship the following business day. Orders requiring custom programing may be delayed by 24 hours. All orders ship via UPS Ground. We offer expedited shipping including NEXT Day Air and 2nd day air at reduced rates for those customers who request it. Our warehouse is closed on Saturday, Sunday and major holidays.

2wayradiodirect.com offers a 30 day money back guarantee on all products purchased that are in restock condition. The Manufacturer’s Warranty applies after the 30 day period. Motorola Business Two-Way Radios are covered by a Two Year Replacement Warranty and accessories are covered by a one year replacement warranty against defects in material and workmanship under normal use from date of original purchase by the end user. This warranty excludes units which show signs of abuse or excessive wear. Motorola Commercial Two-Way Radios offer varied warranty periods by radio model. For the warranty period of a specific model, please see the product page. This is a manufacturer’s repair warranty and the unit must be sent in to a registered Motorola Solutions repair depot.
